When/Where is the Nashville Street Food Festival?
Saturday, June 23, 2012 in Centennial Park.
What are the hours of the event?
The festival will begin at 11 am and go until 6 pm.
Are children welcome? Yes! This is a family friendly event. Seating is limited, so you are more than welcome (in fact, we encourage you) to bring your own lightweight folding chairs.
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available through our ticket page or on site, the day of the event.

Will you have tickets the day of the event?
Yes! But to receive the discounted price or to pay with a card you must purchase them online before 11:59 pm on June 22 2012.
Why is there a line to get in?
We are selling advance tickets online and providing a separate entrance for those with an advance ticket. If you are concerned about waiting in line, we encourage you to take advantage of the advance ticketing option. We are committed to getting you inside the Nashville Street Food Festival as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience!

What methods of payment do you take?
We take credit/debit cards for online purchase, and cash for tickets on site. And most of the food vendors are setup to accept your credit cards, and of course cash as well.
How much is parking at Nashville Street Food Festival?
It's free! Centennial Park offers plenty of event parking well within walking distance of the DINING LOT Street Food Festival.
Is the event ADA accessible?
Yes, DINING LOT is ADA accessible.
Does the price of admission cover food?
No, but there will be some free samples and entertainment even if you don't want to purchase food.
What is the price of food?
Each food vendor is different but you can expect food items to range from $2 to $10
Can I bring outside food and beverage in to the venue?
No, the only foods and beverages allowed on site are the ones from designated concession providers.
How long can I expect to wait in lines?
Our goal with the festival is to keep the wait times to 15-20 minutes. Of course the popularity of some trucks may cause a slightly longer wait time than others.
Are there tables and chairs?
Yes, there are a few tables and chairs scattered around the venue, with seating for about 150. Occupancy is fluid and there are usually seats for those who want one. Many people choose to wander around instead.
Can I bring my own seating?
Yes! Make sure it's lightweight because you have to carry it.
Is it going to be hot? Will there be shade?
Yes, and yes!
Will you have alcohol? No.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed, we just ask that you be considerate of others just as we will expect them to be of you.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes Fido is allowed as long as he is on a leash and YOU clean up after him.
What is the Critics' Choice Award? Members of Nashville Food Bloggers, one of our Festival sponsors this year, will be on hand to sample and crown the winning Festival vendors in a variety of categories. One vendor among three categories will be crowned the "Critics' Choice" and will receive the Dining Lot 2012 award as well as bragging rights for the year!
What is the People's Choice Award?
Festival goers are encouraged to vote for their favorite gourmet Food Truck. For every purchase made, you will receive one Wanderland ballot to be deposited into the ballot box at your favorite truck. You can save up all your votes and give them to the one vendor you think most worthy or spread the love! Your vote is important to the Trucks, not only do they win the award; they also claim bragging rights for the year as the "People's Choice!"
May I come and go from the Festival?
Yes, with your wristband (left on) you may leave the Festival and come back at any time during that day.
What if it rains?
The Festival will go on rain or shine! We live in Nashville, this is how we roll!
